A brand ambassador's role is to share the message that every woman is beautiful and powerful, and still has a lot of life left in her, no matter her age, by sharing your own Treasured Moments Photography images.
An ambassador represents lifestyle and boudoir and what I stand for. Empowerment, self love for the everyday woman. I stand for learning to be ourselves and being confident in our own skin. We are kind and supportive and relatable to women of all walks of life.
WHAT IS THE ROLE OF A BRAND AMBASSADOR?

A brand ambassador’s role is to spread my mission of empowering women by sharing YOUR photographs taken by Treasured Moments Photography on your main page and your boudoir images in the private group. You are to be active on social media platforms as well as interacting with facebook post by the company. Post once a week on your personal page and the private boudoir group to support engaging Facebook using the proper hashtags. To support and uplift women.
Role & Expectations
Brand Ambassadors are expected to:
Share your Treasured Moments Photography images on your main social media page
Participate in and engage with our private Facebook boudoir VIP group
Post at least once per week on your personal page and/or within the private group
Use provided hashtags when posting content related to the brand
Actively engage with Treasured Moments Photography social media posts (likes, comments, shares)
Encourage and support other women in embracing confidence and self-love.
Ambassador Requirements
To be eligible for the program, you must:
Be a woman aged 18 years or older
Be outgoing, friendly, and personable
Believe in and promote positivity and self-love
Have a willingness to encourage other women in their self-confidence journey
Agree to allow your images to be shared on social media, website, and promotional materials
Sign a model release form
Not currently represent or serve as an ambassador for another photography brand during your term
Be willing to use a custom referral/affiliate code to track client referrals
Actively invite friends and family to follow Treasured Moments Photography social pages and join the private VIP group
Community Participation
Ambassadors are expected to:
Recommend Treasured Moments Photography when someone is seeking a photographer on social media (when appropriate)
Share provided links to our Facebook, Instagram, and website when referring clients
Join and participate in a group chat with the business owner, assistants, and fellow ambassadors
Maintain open communication with the photographer regarding ideas, questions, and creative input
Participate in a mandatory introductory Meet & Greet group photoshoot
Attend additional themed group shoots when possible (optional but encouraged)
Program Commitment
A program fee is required for participation and must be paid within the designated timeframe provided at acceptance
Ambassadors agree to commit for the full term of the program year
Exclusivity applies during your term (no representation of other photography brands unless approved in writing)

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I offer weekly, biweekly, & monthly payment plans. I have no problem working with ambassadors to be able to be apart of this journey. Can’t pay by December 31st but want to apply!

Why am I restricted from working with other photographers during my term?
As an ambassador of Treasured Moments Photography, you will be promoting our company and sharing your experience. It is essential that you work exclusively with us, as representing our company while supporting others would be unfair. While we value the work of other photographers, ambassadors must prioritize working with us for all photography requirements.
How can I use my two complimentary session If I am chosen?
These two sessions are yours and you have multiple options for how to use them. Each session is one hour in duration, and you can opt for two boudoir sessions, two lifestyle sessions, or a 50/50 meaning split the session in half so the first half would be boudoir second half would be lifestyle. Additionally, these sessions can be used for family, couple, etc. As a valued ambassadors you also receive 35% off other sessions.
What is a meet & greet session?
This is the session where the new ambassador team will come together and
will go over the program in person, the requirements, answer questions and get lots of photographs for your lifestyle and boudoir posting. This will give you Images to post to start your 2026 term with us!
Meet your hype Team
When joining the Ambassador Program, all booking, scheduling, payments, and sessions will be directly through Mandie.
Alexa helps make the experience even better by assisting with the behind-the-scenes side of the program, answering questions, helping keep everything organized, attending all group shoots, and joining in on select individual sessions as well. Together, we’re here to make sure every ambassador feels supported, comfortable, and hyped up throughout the entire experience!

When I first started my Ambassador Program, I honestly had no idea what it would turn into. I just hoped it would be fun. FIVE years later… it’s become one of the absolute BEST parts of my business. What started as “random girls” turned into real friendships, nonstop laughs, supportive group chats, and a team that truly shows up for one another. The energy at our sessions? UNMATCHED.
As a working mama balancing life, business, editing, sessions, and all the chaos in between, there are definitely busy days, but this program has always held such a special place in my heart. No matter how packed life gets, I always make time for my team because these girls have become so much more than just clients.
Getting to read applications every year and choose the next team alongside my associate, Alexa, is something I look forward to every single time. Watching confidence grow, friendships form, and women hype each other up the way they do is something I’ll never take for granted.
